Yes, like most any activity, skydiving can be enjoyed naked. (Some might argue that you're still wearing a parachute harness, so it's not really naked. Fine. Split hairs if you like, but I'll still call it naked if no clothing is worn.)

You fall a little faster than you would with a jumpsuit, and you're manueverabilty is a little reduced. You won't be setting horizontal gliding distance records in freefall if you're naked, for instance.

Because of the higher fall rate, your freefall time is reduced, and you might want to open a little high anyway to pick out the best landing area.
As far as landings go, in general it's a good idea to land well away from the normal landing area, (but not necessarily). At the average drop zone (DZ), skydiver's families and other spectators are present. It's a safe bet you'll offend someone dropping in naked. It's best to stash some extra clothes well away from the normal landing area and dress before walking back.

Some DZs on the other hand, have a 'reputation' for being a little on the wild side. Naked skydiving is a known activity, and some of these 'wilder' DZs really don't mind if you land right in front of everyone.

Once, not realizing I was at one of these 'wilder' DZs, I disappointed a group of spectators who had heard there was a naked jumper descending. I landed out in the field, put on shorts and walked back to the building. A large crowd, which included families with kids, expressed disappointment as I walked up. An informal spokesman for the group said "We'd heard you were coming down naked." I told him I had, and someone else asked why I had gotten dressed! I told them I'd 'do it right' the next jump, but weather cancelled out any more jumping that day.
